RNK Capital/SinoAccess Sign Agreement with Xinhua Company

Beijing, CHINA December 4, 2008 – SinoAccess Investments and its partner RNK Capital signed the ERPA Agreement with Yuxi-Xinhua Water Resources & Hydroelectric Investment Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of Xinhua Water Resources & Hydroelectric Investment today. Arris & Airtrust

Beijing,May 30 – May 22, 2005, Mr. Jim Reynolds, the Sales/Applications Engineer of ARRIS International, had one day lecture for the CATV engineers in Broadband IP Technology and Data Course in Wuhan City. This training course was hold by ARRIS International and Network Centre of SARFT. There were over 100 CATV engineers to attend the course. Through this course study, the CATV engineers learned the principle concepts of DOCSIS and basic knowledge on CMTS C3, and the knowledge will be more useful for the engineer’s future work. Mr. Jim Reynolds won the high appraisement from the engineers and Network Center of SARFT.

The opening of Sino-USA IMRT Consultation Center

On November 26, both the technical cooperation agreement between the Beijing Area Military Hospital and Telecontouring LP, a Texas based service company and the opening ceremony of the Sino-USA IMRT Consultation Center was held at the Beijing Area Military Hospital facility. Telecontouring LP is a Houston, Texas based company that provides anatomical diagramming services for U.S. radiation oncologists, via proprietary Internet broadband network technology. The company has a distinguished member of board of advisors with many well known medical professionals in the USA including Dr. Bruce Minsky of Memorial Sloan-Kettering of New York, Dr. Moshe Maor and Dr. Marsha McNeese of MD Anderson Cancer Center. Beijing Area Military Hospital is one of the major hospitals under the Military Medical Practice. It is a university hospital system with many experts in each of the medical professional fields. Arris, Airtrust and Chengdu KT

October, 2004 – Chengdu KT, as a major Arris VAR in China, has again obtained the second large CMTS contract from Guangzhou CATV. The wining in Guangzhou CATV faced off major competition from Motorola and Cisco. Under the VAR agreement, Chengdu KT by working with Airtrust team will help Arris to map out a development strategy in China for Arris’ digital cable modem and CMTS product marketing and sales.
