Beijing, China | June 29, 2026 — Skytower Group, a U.S.-based international investment and industrial development company, and the Sino-international Entrepreneurs Federation (SIEF), a global non-profit organization connecting entrepreneurs and industries worldwide, have officially signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement in Beijing to establish a long-term partnership focused on accelerating industrial collaboration among China, the United States, and Saudi Arabia.

The agreement marks another significant milestone in Skytower’s commitment to building international industrial partnerships that support the next generation of global manufacturing, investment, and technology cooperation.
By combining SIEF’s extensive international entrepreneur network and global resource platform with Skytower’s expertise in industrial development, government engagement, project execution, and investment across the United States and Saudi Arabia, the two organizations will jointly establish an integrated international service platform to assist Chinese enterprises in expanding into global markets with an emphasis on Saudi Arabia.
The partnership will focus on strategic sectors aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and the Kingdom’s Net Zero 2060 objectives, including: Renewable and clean energy, Energy storage and power infrastructure, Downstream chemicals and advanced materials, Mining and critical minerals, Automotive manufacturing and supply chains, Robotics and artificial intelligence, Smart manufacturing and Industrial localization.
The two organizations will also explore new models of China–U.S.–Saudi industrial cooperation, facilitating cross-border investment, technology collaboration, and manufacturing partnerships that create long-term value across all three markets.
Beyond project development, Skytower and SIEF will jointly organize international industry forums, executive roundtables, business matchmaking events, and thematic seminars while developing an Integrated Overseas Service Platform that provides Chinese companies with comprehensive support throughout their internationalization journey—from strategic planning and government engagement to project implementation and localized operations.

Neil Bush, Chairman of Skytower Group, said:
“The global economy is entering a new era of industrial transformation where international cooperation is more important than ever. Chinese enterprises continue to demonstrate remarkable innovation and manufacturing excellence. Our partnership with SIEF represents an important step toward strengthening industrial collaboration among China, the United States, and Saudi Arabia while connecting innovation, capital, and industry to create sustainable economic growth.”
Tony Dong, Chief Representative of SIEF, noted that the federation has long promoted economic cooperation between China and the Middle East and believes this partnership will significantly strengthen access to high-quality industrial resources in both Saudi Arabia and the United States.
Both organizations will establish joint working groups to advance strategic demonstration projects, expand industrial cooperation, and develop scalable models for international collaboration that contribute to sustainable economic development, industrial innovation, and the global low-carbon transition.
Eric H. Fang, Chief Executive Officer of Skytower Group, added:
“Chinese enterprises are moving beyond traditional export models toward deeper participation in global industrial value chains through localized manufacturing, strategic investment, and long-term partnerships. Saudi Arabia’s economic transformation presents tremendous opportunities for international collaboration. Together with SIEF, we are building a practical platform that helps Chinese companies successfully establish operations in Saudi Arabia while creating stronger industrial connectivity between China, the United States, and the Middle East.”
