Beijing, NCSD, October 29th, 2017

October 29th, 2017 – The National Center for Sustainable Development (NCSD) and Elion Resources Group (Elion) signed the strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing, China.

Mr. Wang Wenbiao, Chairman of Elion Group and Mr. Mitchell Stanley, Chairman of NCSD jointly hosted a high level strategic team discussion aiming at the sustainable development and collaboration between NCSD and Elion Group.

Mr. Tian Jisheng, Vice Chairman of Elion Group and Mr. Mitchell Stanley, Chairman of NCSD signed the agreement on be half of the respective parties witnessed by Michael Hu, CIO of Elion Group, Eric Fang, President of NCSD, Mr. Cai Jianping, Vice President, Elion Gas Group and Tina Pei, Vice President, NCSD. Under the agreement, Elion and NCSD will carry out comprehensive cooperation in the area of ecological restoration and conservation, including theoretical research, capacity building, innovation development, construction of technology & service system, and management system. The both sides will introduce the unique industry-proven and world-leading “Big Data Management System for Ecological Environment Protection and Restoration” which invented and operated by the US-based ENFOS, Inc., a board member of NCSD, and set up jointly a “cloud-based ecological big data management and application service system” for the newly formed World Greening Alliance. Elion will also work together with NCSD to discuss on the feasibility of introducing the patented concentrated acid hydrolysis process owned by the US-based Arkenol, Inc., a board member of NCSD; to promote jointly the strategic development of the biomass industry as an emerging renewable energy industry in China.
